Mastroianni House with Terrace by Hostalia

A beautiful, immaculate boutique-style apartment that genuinely felt like having our own little home in the heart of Rom Positive: Beautiful apartment in a fantastic location. It was immaculately clean, modern and very well equipped, with everything we could possibly need, including a coffee machine, washing machine and dishwasher. The neighbourhood felt extremely safe and was wonderfully convenient, with supermarkets, cafés, bars and restaurants all within easy walking distance. The location was particularly good for exploring Rome — you really could walk to many of the main sights, including the Colosseum and even the Vatican if you enjoy walking. Despite being so central, the apartment was remarkably quiet at night, with no disturbance from outside at all. What we particularly loved was the atmosphere. It didn’t feel like a generic holiday rental: it had the character and comfort of having your own stylish little apartment in Rome, while the immaculate presentation and décor gave it the feel of a boutique hotel. A lovely place to come back to after a day exploring the city. Negative: T Honestly, nothing of significance. We were extremely happy with the apartment and our stay.

Gorgeous apartment in the middle of historic Testaccio Positive: The apartment is beautifully decorated, spacious, and provides all the necessary creature comforts. Coffee on the very private plant filled patio was a nice bonus. Negative: Nothing

Davide and crew did a great job. The place was fantastic.

Davide and Francesco provided a level of service that goes above and beyond. They very quickly responded to any questions we had and very kindly offered recommendations of many things in the area. They organized having a driver pick us up from the airport and drop us back off, at our request. This was so worth the cost after traveling for most of the day.The apartment is absolutely amazing! The design and layout are well thought out. We enjoyed getting to sit out on the terrace, including eating dinner. Spend sometime looking and digging around the apartment, you will find everything you could need.The neighborhood was exactly what we were going for, locals and quiet. Short walk to two great bars (cafes), Trapizzino and Pasticceria Linari. Just another block further is Testaccio Market with many wonderful vendors.

This property was delightful Wonderful location, well appointed and complete with everything needed for a Roman holiday. The terrace is a special treat. Davide is a thoughtful and responsive host. We will definitely stay here when next in Rome. Highly recommended!!
